A career banker having served Syndicate Bank for more than 3 decades. During his banking span, he has headed Core Banking Departments, such as Marketing, Partnerships, Third party products, Insurance Management of the Bank, Merchant Banking - Activities etc etc. During his last stint with Syndicate Bank, he was General Manager posted at Head Office, Bangalore.
He is a Chartered Accountant by profession having rich experience of more than 24 years. He has experience in diversified Industries in the areas of Strategic financial planning & management, business planning, development & management, public issues, controllership & decision support, business & growth strategy etc.
He is qualified as Chartered Accountant / Company Secretary with nearly a work experience of around 3 decades in Finance, Corporate Laws, Private Equity, M&A, Taxation and various Real Estate matters. He was earlier associated with premier indian real estate entity viz DLF in capacity as Vice President (Finance) for around 13 years. Currently, he has been practising as Chartered Accountant and providing varied professional services in the above areas.
He is a Dynamic and Young Professional having rich experience of about 8 years. He holds degrees in MBA, LLB, Ph.D, MS (Entrepreneurship) from Scotland, He has a rich exposure in the field of Due Diligence, TEV Studies, undertaking feasibility and viability studies and relationship management.
He is fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India with nearly 3 decades of overall work experience in the field of Corporate Laws practices and procedures. He has served the position of Group Company Secretary in one of the largest infrastructure advisory company of India. Currently, he is an independent director in AMD Industries Limited (“a listed entity”) and has been practicing the profession of Company Secretaries.
He has been accomplished Financial Manager with proficiency in providing guidance for asset evaluation, loan disbursement and recovery with more than 35 years of experience. He had a rich experience in the field of valuations, due-diligence, management co-ordination etc. He got retired as regional manager from UPFC in the year 2012.
He has a practical experience about 30 years of investigation of law and financial matters. He is well conversant with all law relating to property, civil and banking matters and experience professionals with significant knowledge and experience to handle the cases in High Court, Supreme Court, DRT, NCLT etc.
He is a practicing-chartered account having an experience of more than 12 years in Concurrent Bank Audit, Stock Audit, Internal Audit & Data Management experience. Presently in Eastern India, he has its branch offices - at : Kolkata , Siliguri and Bhuvneshwar.
