Insolvency Professional Support
- Acting as Interim Resolution Professional (IRP), Resolution Professional (RP), or Liquidator
- Preparation and filing of applications before NCLT/NCLAT
- Conducting verification, collation, and admission/rejection of claims from creditors
- Constitution and management of Committee of Creditors (CoC)
- Convening and conducting CoC meetings, maintaining minutes, and filing reports
- Ensuring regulatory compliance with IBBI and NCLT orders
- Coordinating with valuers, auditors, and transaction auditors
- Preparing Information Memorandum (IM), Expression of Interest (EOI), and RFRP documents
- Facilitating forensic audit reports, transaction audit review, and addressing PUFE transactions
